Shipping Rates and Policies

Shipping Prices for our wrought iron products are shown on individual product pages.

Items are shipped by Fed Ex or UPS Ground Service     SHIPPING –Please allow us 2 – 4 Weeks on delivery of your items.  We try our best to get each order out quickly, but most of our items are hand made here in our studio and we don’t have a large inventory on hand. 

Just give a call or e-mail any concerns on delivery time and we will be happy to get you the information you need.

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada please contact us before ordering so that shipping can be calculated correctly.

OUT OF COUNTRY ORDERS

If you are ordering from out of the United States you will need to use PayPal to place order.  We are unable to process credit cards for our out of country customers.

We cover shipping in the Continental United States and our out of country customers will need to pick up the difference in shipping costs.

Go ahead and place your order by using PayPal.  When we receive your order we will contact you by e-mail with the shipping difference cost and if you are in agreement we will continue with processing your order.  When we get ready to ship we will arrange with you the process for the additional shipping costs.

RETURNS

Have confidence in ordering with Shoreline Patio Décor. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF PRODUCT, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt, for full refund, as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging. In the event that you need to return a product, PLEASE contact us for return instructions, within the first 5 days. Returns on items must be received within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges.

WARRANTIES

All items are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Shoreline Designs. Shoreline Patio Decor is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are RETURNED DEFECTIVE within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Shoreline Patio Décor at no charge.

TAXES

Shoreline Patio Decor does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside of California! If you order within the state of California, you will be charged an additional 9.75% for sales tax.


BACKORDERS

In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order.

CANCELLATIONS

We would appreciate your consideration, if you decide to cancel your order, that you do it within 3 days of placing your order.  Shipping and Handling fees will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation.
